STACY ZOSKY

Stacy co-founded Stitt + Zosky with Nancy Stitt after leading lateral recruitment and associate talent management at Goodmans LLP, a top Canadian business law firm, for over 18 years where she successfully hired, integrated, trained, coached, and managed top legal talent. She is a McGill Law School graduate and practiced at a boutique firm before starting her career in legal talent management.

Stacy knows how to identify and develop top talent having spent her career building top-notch practice teams and supporting lawyers in their professional growth. She has designed legal talent management and mentorship programs focused on leveraging strengths. She is also a professional coach trained at the Adler School of Professional Coaching, a globally respected program.

As a recruiter, Stacy listens carefully to understand the needs and goals of both clients and candidates to find the right match. She operates with great care and integrity throughout the hiring process. Stacy draws upon her extensive knowledge of, and deep network in, the legal and business communities to achieve results.
