We understand the imperative of creating workplaces that value and promote diversity and we strive to do so by adopting inclusive recruitment strategies, educating our team about bias, privilege, racism, and discrimination of all forms, and supporting our valuable clients in the development of their own DEI strategy. Our Initiatives
STITT + ZOSKY is a proud sponsor of the JD Bridges Bursary Program.
The JD Bridges Foundation is a Canadian non-profit organization that envisions the legal profession in Canada to be one that is accessible, diverse, and inclusive. The JD Bridges Bursary program aims to bridge the gap for prospective Black law school applicants who have an interest in law but may be deterred from applying to law school due to financial barriers. The JD Bridges Bursary funds critical aspects of the law school application process including the law school admission test (LSAT), preparation courses, study materials, university application fees, and transcript fees. In addition to financial support, bursary recipients are paired with a mentor who guide them through the law school application process.
Stacy Zosky is a mentor with the program and assists bursary recipients with law school applications.
The JD Bridges Foundation's core values of integrity, inclusivity, and accessibility align with STITT + ZOSKY’s mission to promote and advance diversity within the legal profession. STITT + ZOSKY is proud to support the JD Bridges Foundation in their flagship bursary program, and to contribute towards eliminating the barriers for Black students who are pursuing an education and career in law.
